Looks to me like at least a 2013+ unit, if not a 2009+ unit. Not sure if there was a difference between the 2009-2012 and 2013+ trucks' 3rd brake lights. On the back is the part #, can you please post a picture of that or post the number, motley?

Sorry guys, I've been working on my house and haven't been online. It came off of a 2014 express. I can get the part # tomorrow. I thought all 09-14's were the ssme but I guess not. I'll post a pic of the part # tomorrow.
