Like the title says. Had them on my 1500 for about 2 months and decided a different direction with lighting.

My 2014 1500 Express QCLB, and yes swap and go. And all the wiring fits inside the housing.

This is at 23 feet on my driveway with no aiming adjustment.

The throw is significantly brighter, vertical and lateral throw increased over OEM. I got flashed a few times since I didn't adjust them down after my level with Bilstein 5100s, but they do light up the night pretty well.

Will they fit 2009 with Spyder lights?

They fit H11 bulb type housings. I have the quad reflector headlights on my 1500. So if the Spyders are also reflector headlights I.e. direct replacement lights for OEM quad headlights, they should fit. If you have a pic it of the front of the headlights (to determine if they are the quad design) as well as the rear of the housing we should be able to figure it out.

I just checked and those are the standard Fluxbeams, not the X's. The X's have improved brightness, throw, and better beam pattern compared to the original. Also, compared to Opt-7s site, the X's run 109.99 plus shipping.

were you able to get the dust cap back on your headlight housing? some say they heat up a lot and you want the cap off?

All the wiring fits inside the dust cap, to include the fan. I never had any issues with heat issues when I checked the front of the housing/lens and the rear on the dust cap and surrounding area.

Have you test the standard kits? What's the difference with these? I can't find these X' on Amazon.

I purchased through OPT-7 directly, and No, the X's are not on Amazon as of yet (I have no idea why). I went with the X's because I did a little research on the interwebs and Opt-7s site reviews and Opt-7 customer service after determining that the new design was brighter, had better throw in depth and width, the components fit inside the dust cover on the light housing, the beam pattern was improved and when I purchased them they were only $5 more than the standard bulbs.

As for testing the originals, I did not. Again, based on my research based on the above criteria is what helped me determine which to get. They are superior to the originals.

That's not 2 sets of capacitors that you have. Your picture shows 2 sets of the LED DRIVERS. There is only 1 set of the capacitors in your photo. Looks like you were sent 4 led drivers, and 2 capacitors.
