houston guys help

as some of you know ive been having problems with the dealer fixing my truck before the holidays well now that theyve past ive been trying to get a hold of the guy that was dealing with my truck only to barely find out he doesent work there anymore so im getting pretty tired of this dealer never answering my calls so i was wondering which dealer do you guys trust with your vehicle?

btw my problem is that my traction control lights and abs lights come on when im driving. two wheelspeed sensors where replaced and supposibly the wiring was checked but the problem is still there. then they tried to blame my lowering kit so i put it back to stock height knowing that it would not fix anything but still did it and the problem is still there so i really just want to get this fixed so i can enjoy my truck again.

Yea they're a huge pain i hope i can get this solved soon to not have to deal with them anymore

I've had good luck in the past with Ron Carter. The problem is they are always swapped and you need to make an apt. I can give you my service adviser if you want to try them.

I'm betting you're using Clear Lake Dodge now aren't you?

ive been meaning to call ron carter my brother takes his 300 there for maintenance and says theyre always good but yea if you have his name and number or something i would appreciate it.. And yup you guessed it

I try not to deal with dealers, but the ones that have been good to me are Helfman, River Oaks, and Gillman.

Ask for a review card, if they are a 5 star dealer if they get a bad review it messes up their bonus money.
If you where here in OKC I'd have you take if to my wife's dealership. Let me know if there's anything else we can do!

I doubt theyre a 5 star dealer but yea if i can take it somewhere else i think i will im tired of having to do all this stuff to the truck just because they cant figure out how to fix it

I used to go to gulf gate they were good to me nothing major I had to do just my side view mirror was loose they replaced no problem

Check your paperwork and see if that specific person that was let go, that worked on ur truck.
You should be able to use that to your advantage about ur ongoing issue. Definatly doesn't hurt to take it to another dealer for a second opinion.

well just wanted to give an update i had two bad tires on my rt 22s so i didnt want to take it into the dealer with my spare 17s i have so i waited and this past weekend i bought all 4 tires and after getting them for some reason i no longer have the problem i was having i have no clue why but im not questioning it either i just hope it doesent come back when i put my drop kit back on

that's crazy! i could see maybe the traction control lighting up if you didn't have good tread on your back 2 tires, but not sure on the abs... might replace the fuses??

that was the weird thing it was the front tires that were bad lol i have no clue what is going on but my abs light is gone and my cruise control works once again so idk i guess ill just say this was one of those weird problems that only dodge has.... I just really hope it doesent bite me in the but to put my lowering kit back on

I jinxed myself the lights are back.... I think I'm going to go to Ron carter because clear lake dodge is the place that can't seem to fix it
