I thought I would share some photos of my install. I had to use the Airlift Durago bags because the ram bags were too long. I hope this helps.
-lift truck/ chalk front tires
-remove wheels
-remove inner fenders (5/16s nuts)
-place jackstands under frame.
-lower axle to decompress spring to allow more room for bag.
-squeeze and insert bag. I found it easier to leave the nipple off to install bag into spring. Also, run your airline thru the top and insert the plastic spacer first. Run hose thru center of spacer before installing in bag.
-place clip on airline before running the airline thru coil. I used a dab of grease on nipple to allow the hose to go on easier.
-once bag is inserted, push bag down to install hose and clamp.
-align the bag in center of coil, pull slack out of air line and ensure spacer is centered over nipple.
-repeat for other side.
