So I took my truck in to a shop where a buddy works for an alignment after my Bils and 35's. Alignment is a lot better, but still feels a tad bit off. Camber is dead nuts on the money, but caster is off. His words were " for whatever reason I couldn't adjust the rear cam bolt anymore to compensate. Maybe because tires are so big, but it's maxed out"

Any ideas?

Nope, just leveled with Bils @2.8
Rims are 18x9 with -12 offset if it helps

I don't see why they're having issues. I have the same setup and everything was fine

You do not have stock height suspension. That is why he might have been having issues.

Take it to somewhere else and see if they can do it.
I understand that, but searching around I haven't seen anyone else with this issue.

I had my ram aligned today with the new 35s. I'm at 2.8 as well. I ran into the same issue. I believe it's due to bil's being maxed out.
I'll probably drop to 2.1 and throw a 1.5 BL on.

if camber and toe are find i wouldn't worry caster is not a tire wearing adjustment it will affect pull left or right though think of it being how far back or forward one tire is from center line if one is set further forward the truck pulls in the oposite direction. as long as there evenly set or roughly .5* higher on the pass side to compensate for the angle of the road they truck will drive strait more pos or more neg wont affect tire wear in any way.

it can also affect the steering wheel returning to center after a turn. If it doesn't bother you, it might be ok.

could the difference be due to not allowing the control arm bushing to find its new neutral (rest)position and then retightening the bolts.
