I'd say yes , as the spare tire location is only limited to the OD of the tire , if it's of stock size then certinly It should fit .

I can't say for sure on my 16 but all my other Rams have had full size spares.. Wheel itself won't fit... it'll just look like poop after a while depending on where you live, thats why they come from the factory with steel wheels.. also its a cost savings for them.

My spare tire is the same tire as the rest of the tires on the truck, if it was on the same wheel you could easily take it out and us it in the tire rotations.

It will fit fine. One issue though - The bracket on the end of the winch cable will not fit through the center bore of an alloy wheel.
You could modify it though. Slot it with an angle grinder so you can remove it from the cable, feed the cable through the wheel and attach the bracket then.
The bracket will scratch up your alloy wheel pretty good though.

I thought full size spare was standard equipment? my 2014 express 1500 and my 15 2500 big horn both came with full size spares.
