I'm looking for what some of you have done for black exhaust tip to replace the factory boring one. When I go online there are diff diameter sizes. Not sure which size to get. Looks like no matter what I would need to take to a muffler shop to put on. Show me some pics everyone of what you have

They make clamp on ones that don't need to be welded

So do you slide over existing exhaust tip or cut it then slide and tighten ?

They just slide over the stock exhaust and tighten down

I ran this one for a while. It's a 4x6x15" Flo Pro. It just slips over the tailpipe and clamps one. I did cut off a few inches of the tailpipe to clean up the look.

I wonder if it's a good idea to remove the factory exhaust pipe somehow and use a heat paint and paint the pipe black so would match better

:) Everything isn't "PLUG & PLAY"--

I got these Diesel 2.5"x18"x5" and cut my stock clamshell exhaust pipe, which reduces it to 2.25"--

Black Chrome

I rolled some 1/8"x2" soft steel strap as spscer and installed the Diesel tips-

Weld in three tack spots-

BINGO !
