Mine had same issue. Have read a few others with same thing. i corrected mine by using the adjustable sensor arms that others have had. Works very well. Cannot remember name but they are in Canada.

I have a 2014 bighorn with air suspension. It has been to dealer 4 times in the past month. They replaced compressor, but the entry/ exit mode does not seem to be low enough to the ground. Dealer tells me that there is no set normal ride hieght written in stone. Also in normal ride mode truck sits level from front to back. This was never like this
