I have a 17 ram 2500 Megacab. Not the same problem but the rear passenger door doesn't shut unless slammed

Arguing with the dealer
So I have been in and out of the dealership for about 3 weeks now they adjusted and it's still misaligned. So I called corporate they told me to get a second opinion. Now the new dealer doesn't want to touch it. So now the dealership is arguing with corporate and basically allot of nothing is being done.
