Scored a set of quads of craigslist for $50. Too cheap to pass up.

Any who, I'm seeing all these harnesses and whatnot and am all confused about what I do and what I don't need.

Real simple what is my parts list to gank open these quads, install projectors, and make them run in my '11 outdoorsman?

No need to be a douche when someone is helping you. If you wanted more specific info, you should have been more specific instead of "what is my parts list to (y)ank open these quads"

You definitely want to add the high beam splitters to your order. And you can either run canbus ballasts or relay harness for the HIDs. Some guys prefer harness for extra security, some guys want easy plug and play for canbus. Also would recommend getting the butyl roll for resealing.

I got everything from Jeremy at retro shop, as a bunch here have as well. Great service and support.

Mini H1 projectors
High beam splitters
Butyl Sealant
Xb 35 ballasts (recommended 35w instead of 50w due to potential heat issues)
Canbus adapters or mopar relay harness
Check box for H1 bulbs on hid order and what kelvin temp bulbs you want.
