Yep, I tapped into the reverse light on the trailer harness as well.... EASY....
I flush mounted mine in the bumper....
I love the flush mount. I just can't bring myself to cut the bumper lol

Yeah dude.... I was like measure SEVERAL times, and cut once! LOL
The good thing is the light will separate from the flush mount, so you can use that as a template.

Not sure on the bar. My sister got it for me as a Christmas gift. For the mount I just cut a couple pieces of steel and used existing bolts. I'll try and snap a photo. And i didn't need to move it but I did.
