Been a little over a month I ordered the front fenders from fiberwerx, took me a little over 5 hours to do the install, with zero experience in body work, I love how they turned out! Granted if I had a body shop do it they would fit slightly better but I didn't have to pay for labor, over all I very satisfied customer of fiberwerx66b98b3f9c5d0ed3804ca9d43b1f4e1a.jpgfef367bb254ab16b84324ce1d93e78a8.jpgd5b721e89ab33a19ed1c45fa05388db8.jpg53c2e0c7fb55b54d05042b2cec38776e.jpgcaf5be063cca8d631c8e3d2ad0681492.jpg609c3d0fa41d013ea8aa8d591077223b.jpg5217ba65177d7663d3ddf583e1210cac.jpg

That is awesome !
I've seen a guy running around Bristol , Tn. with these fenders and they look great , I believe he has a 6" lift and looks like 37" tires and wheels with a serious neg offset or 2" spacers?

Sorry to bring this back from over a year ago, I finally had the funds to purchase the bedsides for the truck, and had to find the time to put them on these past couple weekends!

If I had to make any suggestions to any one that would be planning on doing this by themselves or with a friend, be prepared for a ton of cussing and fighting with getting the bedsides off. If I remember correctly, there are well over 100-200 spot welds to drill out.. also, when removing the bed make sure to keep the tailgate close by and ready to take on and off unless you feel like welding a brace across the bed. The issue I came across was by the end after moving the bed around flipping it over and turning it around, the inside rails of the bed closed about 3/4 of an inch and would not allow the tailgate to shut.

When putting the fiber glass bedsides on. Cut out the holes for the taillights while they are off of the truck. But DO NOT cut out the holes for the gas cap!!! This was a mistake i made. And still working on how to mount it more secure. No where on the sides does it show you that the gas neck actually screws to the side. There is just a outline of where to cut. When mounting them to the bed it's self I was going to originally use some Teflon washers with nuts and bolts, but after speaking with fiberwerx they recommended using rivets. (Give me a break I've never done anything like this before lol) so I ended up using 1/4" aluminum rivets. Across the bed rails I took a lot of time trying to figure out what the best measurements would be to spread them apart and still have them being attached to the rail secure enough. From the front of the bed (closest to the cab) I measured out every 8 inches starting 13" in. Then the last rivet ended at 71".

But After a full 3 weekends of working on them I'm proud to say that they are on and I'm completely satisfied with the way they look/fit! Next project will be determining what color(s) I want to wrap the truck.

Again sorry to bring this old Post back but I wanted to give a full update on it!

Thanks!

What's next is going to be rims and tires, unfortunately with the truck being my daily... and life in general, I haven't had the funds to keep modifying and upgrading my truck as much as I have wanted too.

But in the long run I want to get a long travel kit in the front and rear, and get custom headers made, (8 to 1) get the truck back to all one color and get a custom front bumper made. That's all that is know my list for it at the moment but as y'all know, that list can grow real large real quick lol

Bedsides are most certainly a serious task when it comes to install. If you didnt use one, a spot weld cutter can make your life so much easier!!

Well, I finally got around to getting new wheel and tire setup!

Toyo open country m/t 37x13.50R17

Paired up with procomp 97 series 17x9 -19

And this is only on a leveling kit!! With minor trimming on the cab pinch welds. This is by far in my honest opinion the best my truck has looked since the day I bought it.
