Are you handy with a grinder? And where are you looking to put a plate, upfront of the axle, under the belly??? Building your own will probably be the cheapest way to get a product you are happy with or like

I just came across some factory skid plates. I can get the front axle and transfer case with crossmember with hardware for $111.42. I think I'm going to go that route.

I'm guessing the PowerWagon part #'s may be a good source if those aren't what you are looking at.
Are you planning on wheeling or is this just for road muck or debris?

For now it's just road muck and debris. I will be doing some light wheeling but nothing too crazy. I just like lthe idea of having the skid plates.

I'm looking at a kit that Includes 68089777AB and 6509233AA x4 which will be for the front axle for $30.68 and another kit 82214497 that includes the cross member support and skid plate for the transfer case for $80.74

It's a pretty good price, better then I thought it was going to be.

For $111, I think it's well worth it. That's very reasonable for the peace of mind!
