I have to replace my rear bumper, which appears pretty straight forward. In removing the original bumper I am having difficulty disconnecting the trailer lighting plug-ins. I have the plug assembly unclipped from the bumper, but can't seem to get it free of the bumper to complete removal. Can anyone provide guidance? Thanks very much.

Are you having trouble disconnecting the wire harness from the 7pin and 4 pin connector on the bumper OR removing the 7pin and 4 pin connector housing from the bumper?
