Westin Contour Bull Bar Installed

Here's the Westin bull bar installed on my truck. I installed it today. The sport bumper has some differences with the directions but pretty straight forward for the most part. You can see why they call it a contour.

You had to cut out part of the valence? Did you have to drill or are they mounted to preset holes

Mounts are used against existing bolts, the lower valance must be cut on each side ,1/4"x5" to allow the drop bracket from the frame to come through far enough that the bar bracket can reach it to attach. My dremel tool took care of that with ease.

What did you do with the factory valance supports? Mine are definitely in the way and Westin says minimal trimming. I've sent them photos showing that they are completely in the way and removal is necessary. Not too keen on removing them, but I see no other solution.
