Found a decent deal on a pair of leather buckets out of a 2011 Laramie and wanting to put them in my 2015 regular cab express. Several questions,

With the Laramie having a center console and my express having the fold up console/seat combo, can I removed the passenger and driver seats then just bolt up these leather buckets (then cover the middle seat in leather at a later time)?

Second, the new driver seat is power equipped and comes with brackets. Do express models come prewired where it would be a plug and play or would more extensive wiring be required?

Lastly, any good ideas to verify the side impact are included and intact? Seller says no accidents and the sides seams are intact with seemingly oem stitching but I'd like any suggestions to verify this.

Thanks in advance, Jim

If you push on the side if the seat where the SRS tag is, and below it, you should be able to feel the air bag and it's module inside the seat. Other then pulling off the upholstery there is no way to be sure if they are deployed or not.

I just retrofitted these seats into my 3rd gen. Yes you can bolt them in without utilizing the center console. Depending how your middle seat attaches you may need to make new brackets or modifying the existing ones.

I bought a whole set up including the console and dash trim when I bought mine but unfortunately to make the console work in the 3rd gen it would mean hacking up my dash which I didnt want to do.
