This seems completely ridiculous but I ordered a set of custom seat covers from cover king for my 2014 express. Everything fit great.... until I got to the center console on the 40-20-40 front seat. The cover is custom made to fit the flip up console with the exposed 3 cup holders in the front....the problem is I cant figure out how it attaches around the cup holder area. It has four stiched "neoprene pillows" that are supposed to tuck in somewhere I assume but I took the whole console apart and and popped whole cup holder area apart and cant find a location were it would all tuck in and be able to put it back together.

The instructions are generic and not specify for cup holder application. Checked you tube could find anything. ..
any help???

That console you have with the three cupholders comes apart....I can try and post pics...but they do come apart and that material would tuck under the cup holder part...then re-assemble the cupholder part. It all pops out with plastic clips.

I popped the plastic of and pulled the rubber cuo holder inserts out but the four " neoprene pillows" stitched to the fabric are much to large to tuck in anywhere and they are square and about 3.5" long even if I cut them to fit in the space provided between the cup holes they a re e to thick to be able to snap the plastic trim back on.

I took the center console apart. Couldn't tuck the cover under the plastic trim piece :-(

That's the cover for the 09-12 not the 13+

That hole on the hole on the front of your cover is from the lid latch to pass through on the 09-12

Do you have a picture of a 2012? I have to contact coverking

Wow, that's horrible... Have you contacted them?

I just contacted them and since it is past 30 days they said they could only offer me a $50 credit towards a new front set of seat covers.

I placed the order through an online chat with AutoAnything and they are the ones who did the order for me. I know where my money in the future is not going.

You contacted both Cover King, and Autoanything?

Pretty ****** not to swap it out for you either way.

I didn't contact coverking yet. AutoAnything said since I bought the covers in Sept 2013 and I only attempted the install this past weekend that it was past 30 days they would only give me $50 credit. I told the AutoAnything rep that the online chat rep told me the exact item to order from the pull down menu. It turned out to be the wrong item, still only $50 credit.

Hi JBR,

Please contact Coverking and launch a ticket at support.coverking.com In the ticket please mention that Steve replied your thread (copy and paste this response)

I'm sorry the retailer wasn't more help, but we will take care of you.

I hope the rest of the covers are doing well. Thanks for buying COVERKING!
