I see that a few of you all have done the rear seat mod. That allows the seat to come fold forward. I want to k ow is this possible with the 2015 ram 1500 crew cab ?

It is possible in quad and crew cabs, but we are still working on getting the mod to work on a regular cab.

Its a pain alone those seats are heavy and awkward. Im all of 150 pounds and did it myself on my 2014 crew cab. Stripped the heck out of one of the 8 bolt in the process.

Yea but I wanted to lift the seat up a little to have more clearance. But I just want to make sure it's possible to do with the 2015 crew cab 1500.

I know this is an old thread but has anyone tried to raise the height of the rear seat in a 1995 doge ram extended cab. I am looking to make a little more room underneath for a sub box. I see it is easier on the newer models but really don't have to much to work with. I am limited to the one area were the seat is a attached and of course where the seat slides in to the back clips. thanks for any help.
