2014 ram 1500 Evap system integrity module

Hello, I am new to this forum but i had a check engine light come on in my ram 1500. After doing some diagnostics i boiled it down to the Evap system integrity module. I am led to believe that it is located on top of the fuel tank. Is there a way to access it with out dropping the tank? Thank you for reading

If you have a few guys who can help you, you can pull the box. So much nicer than dropping a fuel tank with gasoline in it. All you've got to really pull apart then is the filler tube. Hopefully you find a way which works best for you.

6.4 swapped
ESIM is on the top right at rear of the fuel tank. There is a locking tab that's a little hard to undo with the shield in the way. Not necessary to drop the tank. Be a good idea to get a new gasket too.

Small pry bar, screwdriver, or pick... Whatever works for the locking tab

The esim on my 2014 ram 1500. On the top of the passenger side of the fuel tank. After pulling both wheel wells covers off looking for it. Get under my the truck and look at the tank.
