I have heard of people doing a clutch fan delete on their 4th gen 5.7's for a little extra hp. just wondering if there's anyone out there that has done this, and if so I would appreciate how it was done. Thanks.

Do a search for Efan conversion. It is specifically explained and easy to follow.

Lay on the ground, pop the rectangular shroud off to get clearance. Screwdriver in 1 of 4 holes of water pump pulley, crescent wrench to remove reverse threaded clutch fan. Boom, done 5 minutes. Presoak with wd-40 may or may not be needed.

Additionally like, you need the e6 electric fan, 180 thermostat, and a tuner to adjust fan settings lower.

From what I heard only reason guys swap fans is to get rid of the big Oem shroud. U can take clutch fan off and just adjust ur tuner

Yep. Just pop off the pulley fay. Keep your stock electric fan. No parts to purchase other than a tuner and ECU to change the fans settings.

I bought the TYC and changed the settings with my Trinity tuner. If nothing else it made front of my truck much quieter and lots more space to work.
It's nice that the V6 fan shroud and all fits right in there. Truly plug and play.
