Found a set on C-list. Are they worth throwing on? Would I gain anything?

If it's from an SRT8 jeep then yes, if not they won't work. The GC SRT8 manifolds are basically a shorty header, you just need to whack one of the primary tubes to clear the frame. Expect the same gains as a set of shorties, which isn't much but is worth doing if you can't do long tubes.
