Hey guys, I'm getting a new muffler and tip..so it has been recommended to me to dump my exhaust right before the rear axle, but I'm thinking about dumping it after the axle... being a female, I obviously can't make up my mind which I'd like.
I want to see what each looks like before I do anything. So it'd be real cool if you'd drop some pictures of your dumped setups.

Also, MissBehavior has changed a teensy bit since you last seen her.

WOW. I have nothing of value to add, but I have to say that truck is NASTY (in a good way).

Here's mine on a 2500 crew cab 4x4 6.4. True dual Flowmaster Original 40 Series dumped in front of the axle. Also included a pic from the outside of what it looks like with no exhaust out the side.

i had my exhaust dumped just after the axle for a short time. didnt take any pics but you could not see the exhaust from the side or rear of the truck unless you got underneath. it was tucked up tight just below the spare.

Mines dumped after the rear axle. But my truck is obviously a whole different ball game than your 1500 as well....

How is the drone? I've contemplated doing an axle dump but have heard lots of done concerns. Currently running a 4" straight pipe with a muffler, no tip.

I haven't had any drone with this setup at all. I used to run a 4" straight pipe and it was definitely louder inside the cab and I had bad drone up around 2000-2300 rpm. This is now a 5" with muffler and it's definitely quieter in the cab and I haven't had any issues with drone. Sounds much better in my opinion as well.
