Jet: my past experiences just doing true duals with out adding headers & a tuner might slightly lower your low end torque curve.
Not enough to have any notable difference.
Some might notice / Some might not without a dyno run.
Depending on your future mods / just a simple muffler swap will create impressive results in sound & a tiny feel in performance.
The stock Exhaust system flows quite well.
Like I said: All depends on your future mods!
There are videos on YouTube of true dual systems with different diameter of pipe which causes some eye opening results: example Complete 3" dia Exhaust compared to a 2.5" as well a 2".
As well as muffler design.
My only advice would be go to a straight through muffler design when switching & if going with a true dual system add in a X pipe adapter.
