Miller 8984 enginee lifting tool

I'm about to swap my blown 5.7 Hemi with a new 5.7 Hemi. I'm told I need the Miller 8984 tool to swap the motors. How is this tool attached to the motor? Do I need to remove any of the components on top of the engine? I can not seem to be able to find anything on the web.
