I have the 2014 ram 2500 with the 6.4 hemi. My check engine light has been on for 6000 miles and after running the scan I have the 0520 code. Seems the oil pressure sending unit is bad. My question- I see some replacements of the sending unit requires removal of the intake manifold. Is this true on the 6.4 or is the unit mounted underneath by the oil filter? The reason I didn't address this sooner is the gauge reads as it always did but the digital readout shows the pressure at 100 lbs. Knowing I did indeed have oil pressure I went ahead and finished my trip home.
