I have an 09 Ram 1500 with Hemi

Is there a certain mileage that the timing chain should be replaced? I ask because I have 162,000 on mine (no problems) and the dealer has never mentioned it. I don't want to void my Power Train Warranty

The timing chain rarely is the cause of failures, the tensioner is the most likely failure point but I wouldn't take it apart just to replace the tensioner. If you ever need to do the water pump then I'd say sure go in and do it since it's just another 13 bolts and a dab of RTV at that point.

It's not the same like those 4 bangers where timing chain is a maintenance item. It is a rare fix in this type of engine because it is much more substantial.

You mean belt. Timing belts will have a maintenance schedule, where as chains 99% of the time don’t.
