Sometimes when I put my foot down a tiny bit it takes quite a few seconds before my tranny shifts to a lower gear...is this normal? It’s a 2011 ram 1500 sport quad with the hemi

Yes this is normal and its the way the pedal/truck is programmed from the factory. Get a tuner or a pedal module.

My Diablosport tuned truck with throttle increase set to 20% is how the truck should have came...

If i go cruising to wide open it takes a good couple seconds for it to kick down. Im not talking leaning into it and going, Im talking cruise then full throttle. A tune can help on the transmission side.
