Truck won't start

Service writer says they have a couple of ideas but not sure. These days the techs are part swappers. my question Anybody have any ideas? This is our only way to travel and we are full time rv'ers and are ready to head back to Florida for the winter.

Thanks Kori for your offer and to the others for their thoughts. Got the truck back today (wed) They first told me the batteries were good then told me they were bad. I guess they load checked them, anyway put 2 new batteries in. We will see if that was the problem. could not find what was causing the fuse for the marker lights to continuously blow. Said it was because I hooked up the fiver, but it was blowing without the camper. I guess any excuse is better than none.
I guess being 65 makes me from the old school, but if the computer don't tell these techs what the problem is they can't find it.
