Let me just say: Oh. My. God :). Very smooth tires, low road noise. Awesome. Now for the important part :D.

General Shot (the guy in the pic knew exactly what was up):

Close-up:

Tread:

The old guys. Thanks for the memories fellas ;):

I also have to say that I do not see many vehicles in the area, mainly trucks riding with Terra Grapplers. I am proud to be in the minority around here :).

Lol I didn't realize he was getting out of his car until the flash went off haha..oh well.

Couple more pics:

I like the way the side walls look too. I know, it looks like I have a ****load of space between the back tire and the tire weld, but my driveway is slightly going down hill.

Sucks, I wish I still had daylight when I got the truck back, that way the pictures would show more detail

Btw, the site where I had Town Fair Tire order the tires from--the price was 122/tire when I got them, the price is now 140/tire..................:D

265/70/r17. Not sure how long they are suppose to last, but most of the reviews I've read say they have great wear, so it must be a while. I would guess 50k+ miles

Thanks guys :) As soon as I got in the truck and before I started driving it, I reset the "trip" odometer and I will plan on rotating every 4k, just to be safe..

Post up a photo or two in the photoshop section and someone is sure to jump all over that for ya. I originally thought about 285's but I don't want the worse gas mileage LOL, plus I may sell her in the Spring, not exactly sure so I just went with stock size. We have a possible snow storm for next weekend so maybe I will get to test them out :D. The ride back home was BEYOND noticeable as, like I said it was very smooth and quiet, I could hear a pin drop inside the cab when coasting (unless I gave the truck gas ;)).

285's would be the biggest I could go without getting at least a level in the front. I would also need to reconfigure the speedometer due to the larger tires. I wouldn't HAVE to, but I would. Maybe it won't be a crazy decrease in mileage, but oil per barrel is going up so who knows how high gas prices are going to go. Plus I'm still saving up to see how my budget will be when the Spring rolls around..

I'll post up some more photos tomorrow when the sun is out and I clean off the rims.

I will definitely do 285's with the next truck. I just don't want to spend more for bigger tires and end up selling the truck.

Snapped a few pics this morning. These tires give a nice meatier look which was harder to see last night.

^^ I put a nickel in the tread (not in the pic) and it went halfway deep
