All I know is you're sposed to use a dolly to keep it straight on the side you aren't hammerin. That and just take your time at it. You might try googling it and seein what comes up or try youtube there might be a DIY

It happened over a year ago, ive been slowly working at it when i have time. I shouldve got a carfax because that panel has been hit before and had a decent amount of bondo on it. Ive ground most of it off and sanded some surface rust off and hit it with that rustoleum **** that supposed to get rid of rust until I can get a day to really get in there. Any help or advice would be awesome.

I backed into a post , broke the lamp and creased mine real good but was able to push and spoon most of it out and except for about a 6 inch long area where the paint is down to the metal I am ready for the body work portion.

In your case Dylan before i seen the pics I was Gonna suggest to Spoon it out! but in all honesty, even with my level of body-work skill and 25 years backyard paintbooth experience I would say its too bad off. Recommend either another used truck box or if you can get ahold of just a cut out and replace panel (lots more work). If not your looking at hours and hours of block sanding by hand and like I said not worth it.

Edit: Hadn't seen Daves comment, but Yeah, Agree.....

LMC doesnt carry replacement bed sides for the 3rd gen....they have:

rear wheel arches: 56-9272 for the RH and 56-9273 for the LH...$89.95+ shipping

If they do sell them they aren't listed in the Ram catalog. Might have to contact a Keytone dealer or something.

My advise to the OP is look for an Auto Salvage and try and get one there...they normally are networked to one another and can get parts from and to other salvages...

Agreed with whats been said above, try locating a bedside or a whole box thats been pulled off for a service truck.

I've been looking for a bed or replacment box in salvage yards but haven't had any luck. I don't want to buy a new one because I do use this truck to its full potential and buying new and replacing just seems like a waste of money because im not going to stop driiving off road with it. I just want to get as much of the dent out and bondo it up for now. The things got almost 90k on it and at least half of that is on sand in mud or in snow so the body and paint aren't in that great of shape to begin with
