Ok so I figured it out... I was reading A LOT and I had my level installed with stock shocks. Could explain why every time I go over a bump it bounces a lot. Any idea what shocks I should use in the front with a 2 inch level to prevent the front from bouncing and clacking so much?

I also noticed that after the level my front tires are pointed in. df26a89ac7ed58a5f83ecb69cd5e3647.jpg

My shocks were in good shape when I leveled my '05. When I disconnected the shocks, they only extended about 1 1/2" below the mounting bolt. So I just installed a Zone shock extension kit. Really helped the ride for me. Before the extension, I think the shocks were topping out, making for a terrible ride.

Yeah your issue is definitely that it needs an alignment. With IFS when you raise the truck up like that, your front wheels will pick up a bunch of positive camber.

Just did the alignment.. They guys that were doing it were telling me there is something wrong with my truck... I'm like I put a level. Spent a few hours there with them trying to figure it out how to align it... Never taking it back to firestone total car care... Either way now it's riding better. Btw. Do I have to re align it after I do my shocks?

Firestone got my alignment with no problems. I raised it 2.2 inches. Look for shock for 0-2 inch lift.

My experience with Firestone for alignments is that if they see any kind of modifications they will throw a fit and make it seem like an impossible task. Some may be better though. Im sure it depends on location.

Mines hit an miss with Firestone, The last couple times they have been good except for not calling me back one time to pick up my truck. I went 4/6 then 5/7 an this most recent time I got it aligned they got it better than when it was at a 2/4 an 4/6 drop. Lol. All depends on the tech doing it.

I've noticed there's a lowered fairly new Silverado an a bagged 98-00 ranger I always see out there so they must know lowered suspensions ok :)

I'm thinking of leveling mine. Just picking the front up to where it is level. I know I'll have to do a re alignment but I was wondering how expensive and I guess extensive it is as far as doing it myself and not spending a **** load either. I'm not cheap but love to save money. Aside from it looking a hell of a lot better, could this really fix the ride I feel? I just moved over from a 98 s10 blazer with blown shocks ball joints you name it. That thing would sway you around and sometimes almost slosh you out of your damn seat. I just bought a 2003 ram 1500 2wd with the 4.7 it rides pretty nice in comparison (felt like a brand new truck if I'm comparing them) but I've noticed a little bounce here and there while driving.

its a truck its going to have its bouncing. I got my truck leveled for only $300
parts included. I really didn't want to get into it myself and I would have to get a spring compressor etc.. I didn't feel like doing it lol. if you do it i would recommend getting new shocks for the level because mine are topped off right now and when i go over speed bumps it bounces a lot and I hear popping, I am planning to lift my truck about 4 inches soon so i'm not to worried about the shocks right now.
