Only two kids have the SRT hood. Just saw Jordan's truck yesterday, and Casey definitley doesn't have the hood. Lol.

Just looked it up, looks like they just put a slit down the middle of the srt hood. And made it out of fiberglass.

Sounds like some nice rams at your school. My old high school the best rams we had were my truck and a black 06-08 quad completely blacked out minus the grille driven by a girl. Now we both go to the same community college lol

Yeah. We have 2 blacked out 3rd gens quad cabs. But eddies is completely black. Headlights too. I'm on my way to make mine blacked out. But I need a paint job. And I'm waiting for that

In my opinion, the cowl hoods, SRT's, Venoms all look good. But it's all what you like, after, you're the one drivin it everyday. What's your favorite?

Haven't seen anyone yet mention these hoods from Reflexxion.
They are steel, oem fit using the oem hardwrae from your old hood.
I think that steel is the way to go...have read about too may problems with aftremarket glass hoods.

Pretty good prices too, though I myself am holding out for an SRT10 hood, IMHO they look the best.

It was Eric's at one time and has been through a ton of changes in the engine since we have bought it.The only exterior change we have made so far is the JTS Venom Hood however more are coming and should be done by Spring time.Twin chargers have been sent out and freshened so far this Winter and the changes made to them really has helped the spool up.

Gauges are in the process of being swapped out as I am going to remove the DiPricol's that have been discontinued and parts are not available for anymore.Was going to do a wheel swap but have since shelved that idea and will keep the Rockstars and just add some new sneakers.New NX Progressive nitrous kit is here and waiting for some warmer weather to be installed.

It has made this month's issue of Diesel Power Magazine(February 2012) which really surprised me.I am in agreement with the comment about hoods that was made,pick one that makes you happy and go with it.We have two here for this truck,the JTS thats currently on it and a Reflexxion that was on the truck when we bought it........Andy
