I have the black honeycomb grill. No shadows and very little light loss.

Derekp Where would mount it?

One 52" on the windshield, two 12" behind grille, and one 30" curved in the bottom bumper. Also 2 flush pods in the rear bumper lol.

Lol your a nut haha. I cant do the bottom bumper. I'd be scared of going through snow drifts. Ripping it off. And i have the clearance lights on the cab. So that leaves 2 10" ones....

What do you guys do for switches??

Here's mine. Sorry for the crappy pic, but it's raining outside and I really don't want to get wet right now.

I'm just waiting on my second one to show up before I install all the lights I'm planning on.

I picked up a PIAA RF series (DOT legal) 10" yellow/amber bar to mount on my bull bar, but decided I need 2 of them to make it easier to install (the 10" bar is a little shy or reaching 2 of the mounting holes). To compliment them, I'm going to be running a pair of round LED pods next to them and pair of the same round LED pods on the headache rack with the halogen off road lights.

Maybe I'll replace my whole grill with light bars.. radiators don't need air flow these days right?

I was wondering if they made legal led lights.... Do you think its worth it?

A single 10" bar is about $300 and the actual light section of the bar is about 7". I was lucky to get a second bonus early this year, so I was able to swing 2 of them. They are DOT legal, but only if installed and aimed properly. I'm also a little skeptic of their DOT claim as I don't see a DOT # on them, just a generic SAE # that virtually all LED bars have...
