Can I take tail lights off of a 03 to 05? Are they plug and play?

i think you can get recons with a harness that makes it plug and play, but to just get a set of 02-06 lights like said above it is different and have to modify the wiring to work

02-06 same wiring. But going to a 07-08 is different wiring.
