What is leaking here?

I've got power steering fluid leaking all over my driveway...what exactly is this leaking?

Probably the non-pressurized return line. They are notorious for leaking.

Look at the top of the rack where the power steering lines screw in. Check the connection and the hoses for leaking. In not leaking there the rack seal inside the boot is leaking. If that is leaking the rack will have to be replaced.

I was told its the power steering return line leaking, and I need to simply replace that...has anyone ever replaced this, if so how hard is it?
