Let there be cupholder light

Messing around with my 05 a couple weeks ago and finally researched what this plug was for. Only place I could find the light was from allmoparparts as it is now considered a vintage part and most places don't carry it anymore. Anyways got the light today, took the bezel off, plugged 'er in and wahlaa a once dark area is now lit at night and you don't have to aimlessly feel around for the cupholder any more. Part number is 55361226AA for 02-05 Rams. Thought I'd post this up because I couldn't find any info about it on the forum.

Nice work. One of the easiest mods ever, right!

I added mine awhile back when truck was new.

I was just looking at it to maybe attach new LEDs in blue. Two reasons:
Match truck and a little brighter. Like you said it is not real bright.

I never noticed that in my dad's 04', I'll have to check. What about the 06-08's?

There's one for them too. I bought one several years ago for my 08 only to find that I didn't have the wiring for it (at least it isn't visible like on my 05, it may be shoved back there somewhere tho). There's a little space the light snaps into right behind the bezel. The light's about 2 inches or so long and about a half inch wide, totally different looking than this one for the 02-05's.
