I know this is a subject that's talked about alot but I could use some advice. I have a 03 ram with 4.7 has a constant rattle cold or operating temp. I've changed lash adjusters and timing chains still can't find the issue I'm thinking it's a wrist pin but not sure. I do have a couple sheared bolts on exhaust manifold but I don't thing this noise is from that. Any help would be appreciated. I'll post video for reference.

With the sheared bolts on the manifold could be the heat shields rattling.

I had a ticking but it was much more pronounced. My tick was a wrist pin machined of center .030" I had also replaced the lash adjusters and timing chains. And the heads. Maybe mine was just farther along then yours. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pHIZID_Zpw0
