2002 ram 1500 5.9 coolant reservoir Question??

So I keep looking around for a new one which looks like this used one -

But all I keep seeing is these -

So I'm just wondering will this work on my 5.9?

I certainly don't think it would. The black topped unit almost seems to be for a seal coolant system like the older Cherokee's had.

That type of overflow is what the 2003 hemi's have. I know that for sure, but if it'll work for you? I'm also at a loss

Try the hundreds of junkyards on broadway. I'm sure you can find one there.

Thats true. I need to do that one of these days when I'm not feeling lazy lol. Plus I live in the heights so I'm extra lazy.
