I have never heard the round, but it should be louder than the oval. I have the 12" oval, 40943. I think truckin151 has the 16" oval, 40944. I have videos on here of mine and I think truckin does as well

Oval, dont go round, round is basically a straight pipe. I have the 16" oval and LOVE it. It is LOUD at WOT, quiet at idle, and has ZERO drone at highway speeds. I have plenty of sound clips up and around.

Oval, for sure. Gives you a nice sound at WOT, but not too loud at idle.
