Well, while replacing my egr valve I decided to clean the throttle body. Apparently I grabbed the wrong can and used chlorinated brake cleaner by mistake. What should I do now?

I remember posts saying to use of non-chlorinated and chlorinated will damage the parts. I'd hate to put it back on and cause further problems later on.

Odds are it ill be alright if it wasn't soaked. I'd re-clean it and dry it good before installing. There is really nothing more to be done then to re-install it at this point. If it starts acting erratic down the road then you know what caused it. Good luck..

Non chlorinated brake cleaner is what is recommended anyway, TB cleaner is too harsh for the electronics. It's all I ever used with great results.
