Whenever I use my remote start it blows my 20 amp fuel pump fuse. Almost every time. It's occasional when I start the truck normally through the ignition but mostly when using remote start. I checked voltage at fuse during start up and the voltage drop is minimal. I was thinking possibly when fuel pump is on and starter is engaged the fuel pump is pulling too much amperage and blowing the fuse or I was also thinking if there is a remote start module possibly shorting out. Or is it possible that the fuel pump relay is bad? If so where is it? I can't seem to find schematics on this year of truck. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Also Please dont go off topic on this like some of these other posts. Thanks.
