2015 ram Uconnect 5 problem

This has only happened twice in a year and fixes itself but figured I'd ask opinions. On my 2015 ram 2500 with the Uconnect 5 twice I have got in it and the screen is black and nothing turns it on until u remove the key and leave the truck sit for 10 minutes or so and then it's fine. No sound or anything. Thanks

Hi Phil,

I found a TSB for a software flash that might help, but we're having an issue figuring out if it is available for the 2500--if you wouldn't mind sending a PM with your VIN, I can see if it shows up for your truck. An answer would come after the holiday, but I wanted to let you know I saw this!
