It's only happened a few times. Yesterday I turn on the truck, and the radio comes on. But I can't do anything with it - volume, change channel, anything. The touchscreen acts weird, where I can touch and change something but the same station/volume stays on. The last time this happened (a week ago), after about 2 minutes it was as if it remembered everything I pushed and the radio changed things for about 15 seconds. This time, I got to an intersection and shut off and the turned on the truck and everything worked. A little over a week ago I went on the Mopar sight and put in my VIN# and an upgrade was available which I did. Before that had not experienced the problem, but then again I had only been driving the truck for less than a month.

So far the 8.4 uconnect has been the biggest problem with my truck. If it's under warranty get the dealership to look at it. I've had mine replaced once already.

It's laggy/slow, freezes, and sometimes doesn't even turn on. I've had an issue where if I hit a bump or go on a forest service road the screen will fully turn off and I cant get it back on even doing the resets. This means no 8.4 radio, no AC controls, no cool/heat seat controls, etc. I wish the 8.4AN was more robust and they used better hardware. Limited aftermarket options as well.

I have not brought it to their attention yet. I was planning to this week to see what they have to say. If I'm not satisfied with their response I may be back :)
