Im wanting to be able to use my nav when I'm driving and have the ability to watch netflix, youtube, ...etc. on my uConnect Radio.

Ihave the Air. Worked great until iOS9, when Apple disabled that function for non Apple devices.

You can still use it, you just can't mirror the screen and only stream video files locally from you phone with a 3rd party app.

I have the LockPick air, but if I'm not mistaken Netflix blocks any screen mirroring App on Android an Apple.

It is for passengers and technically illegal in a lot of states. I watch movies and I also hooked up a TV tuner for when I'm sitting around waiting...here's a shot of me mirroring from my wife's iPhone.
