well since folding down our seats isnt an convenience option Can't do the 3rd gen mod to the seats. I just put mine in the other storage cubby. Could put it under the divers seat.

I put mine under the drivers seat too. I took a piece of plywood and painted it black, and bolted it to my rug and that gave me a firm place to mount my amp and a distribution block to so they are not sliding all over the place. I took my seats out so i would have more room to work on it and that made it a hell of a lot easier. my amp is a rockford 600.4 and its not that long, but if you have a long one that would be tough to fit it there with out someone in the back seat kicking it. I know on here i have seen a forum for a back seat fold down mod thats not hard. all you have to do is take the back seat out and flip the brackets around i think. don't know for what years that works for but might want to search for it.

Under drives seat screwed to the floor. I found a key hot under the seat one less wire to run
