Where the heck is my cd / dvd player ?
I've had the truck for about 3 weeks now and never noticed that there wasn't a cd player as I typically listen to the Sirius radio or my iPod.
2014 Ram Sport with the Alpine superior sound system ...WTF!

Unfortunately, the dont normally come with a cd player. They do have a factory Add-on CD player you can purchase, but its not cheap.

Mine has the cd option. It's located in the bottom of the centre console

When a disc is loaded it shows up on the list of source options

My 15 R/T was similarly equipped, I asked the dealer about paying for these two options and he said it was not even possible. I just had my wife upload several hundred songs and if need be will upload more so now I nether need the radio or Xm for that matter. Xm has a playlist that seems to repeat the same songs and well FM sucks and has since the 80's.

Sounds just as good as any of my factory in dash cd's from years gone by...DISCLAIMER: My ears have been TOAST since the early 1970's from the likes of Zeppelin...Sabbath...Purple...Montrose...UFO...Rush...Ect...Ect...
