I ordered the Mopar kicker upgrade M77KICK28 , Ive heard some folks saying the tweeters are 4 ohm and too loud --- anyone have experience with them ?
I have the base system so the M77KICK28 was recommended.
My understanding is the stock dash speakers are 8 Ohm

alpine system is 2 ohm, non alpine is 4 ohm. you will have better sound, but nothing will be "louder"

My dash speakers were 8ohm. I have the standard 6 speaker system with the 8.4 nav. Replaced the dash ones with the kicker KS 3.5". They were definitely louder. But sound good to me. On the fence on what to use for the door speakers.
