I've been using a butter knife wrapped in tape to get my panel off. Works like a charm, but it does tend to make some marks on the piece that is hidden behind the bezel.

Lol you people and trim tools, put both thumbs in the bottom cubbyhole, fingers in the top small ones and PULL LIKE ALL GET OUT!!! lol jk hard as crap to do lol but it's what I got!
