What sizes do you need? I may be able to help. Well I've began phase two. I've built the MDF frame here in these pictures. I'll be fiberglassing inside of the box to utilize every square inch of space. If my figures are correct, I'll have right at 2.5 total square feet which is perfect for my two 12" W3s. I plan to have the system 100% wrapped up by next Tuesday. After I get the sub box done, I'll upholster it, drop in the subs and then install my components (two sets of JL Audio C2-650, one set for the front and one set for the rear.)

I looked for the project I'm looking at right now I need a piece about 24"x48". Im looking at doing something similar to a boeing dreamliner. similar to this

That would be 1/4 sheet and I know we don't have that much drop. I'm sure I could buy it, but I have no idea what it would cost.
