Okay so i got my subs and amp in my truck. and their just not getting any power! my amp is getting power as the light turns on, but the subs get nothing... I've checked all the wires and their all good, made sure negative to negative, and positive to positive... the RCA's hooked up right and the REM is good because obviously my amp is turning on... I can't figure it out and its really bumming me out. Any ideas??

possibly. I know on mine there is a spot where I can turn the sub off.

Check your settings, could be that!

Same thing happened when I sold my subs, check the RCAs and try putting them into the left and right RCA on the deck instead of the sub out. Turns out the guys RCA port for sub was warped and not making direct contact to play subs. Oh and check sub wiring inside of box and make sure they are plugged in.

You losing signal not power

okay ill try out the RCA, like i can just switch them between the other ones? i know theres ones for video and stuff, i can just switch those around it doesn't matter if its the specific sub ones? it also very possible its his RCA wire.

Yeah usually there is a second set of RCA plugs, they are assigned to send the signal. If you get a signal you know it's the RCA sub out or maybe the RCA wire itself

also, negative amp input should go to chassis ground not negative battery terminal. It should be as short of a wire as possible, most recommend less than 30 inches
